23rd World Road Congress - abstract deadline draws near!
The 23rd World Road Congress in Paris (17-21 September 2007) marks the centenary of the founding of PIARC in 1908. It will be structured around the themes of governance and management of the road system, safety and road operations, and quality of road infrastructure.
The deadline for abstracts is 30th September 2006
