A large room has been designated as the Marketplace of the Workshop, in which participants will have the opportunity to share a visual display of posters and materials relating to their projects/interventions relating to transport in Mountains.
Workshop participants are invited to electronically submit posters for display in the Marketplace by no later than 11th November 2010. These posters will be prepared and displayed by the organizing Committee.
Participants are encouraged to bring leaflets, brochures, manuals and any other type of reading material along to be displayed on the tables of the Marketplace. Participants will be able to display these materials on the eve of their arrival.
Participants should develop 3 posters plus a National Flag, that can be viewed from a five meter distance enabling other participants to comprehend the Institution / Project / Intervention in a glance.
The posters and flag will be displayed as follows:

Each Poster and Flag is to be developed on A4 Portrait (pdf format). These contributions are to be send electronically to info@ifrtd.org before 11th November 2010.
Poster layout is suggested below. Participants should use their own discretion and adapt the format to suit their own individual projects:

To contain approximately 5 horizontal bands. Each band to contain KEY WORDS only. Use alternating background colors.
2.1 The Location of the Project or Area of Intervention
To contain approximately 2 horizontal bands:
2.2 Controversial Issues
To contain one horizontal band per issue (i.e. a max. of three).
Each band is to contain one self-explanatory title corresponding to one of the controversial issues submitted during the registration process.
