Call for Abstracts: TRANSED 2010

The 12th International Conference on Mobility and Transport for Elderly and Disabled Persons will take place 2nd-4th June 2010 in Hong Kong. The deadline for receiving abstracts (papers and posters) is 1st June 2009. The main theme is: “Sustainable Transport & Travel for All” and organisers are accepting submissions under the following sub-themes: Affordability and Accessibility; Environmental Concerns and New Technological Development in Accessible Transport; Accessibility Concerns and Solutions for those with Cognitive and Sensory Impairments; and Accessible Tourism.
Held every three years, TRANSED conferences are milestone events in the field of accessible transportation, attracting researchers, policy-makers, transport operators, consumers and other specialists worldwide to share innovations and best practices in order to make transportation and mobility accessible to everyone.
